With RITIS’s flexible licensing structure, state DOT partner agencies are granted flow-down rights, allowing DOTs to extend RITIS/Probe Data Analytics capabilities to other agencies and departments within the state. This flexibility has been particularly helpful for regional transportation organizations and their development of Congestion Management Process (CMP) reports. As the CMP process is very data-driven, PDA is uniquely designed to analyze surface transportation mobility, reliability, and travel time trends for key corridors within a jurisdiction. The above series of images reflect some of the PDA analytics reports that have been used to support a variety of CMP reports from various RITIS users.
